NetBankStore evaluates every order before we ship because some of our items are very heavy, or others are custom products and the freight can be an issue. 25+ years in business has taught us to be hands-on with our customer's orders.

Why?

Because some orders cannot be shipped using UPS, FedEx or USPS.
UPS charges a "dimensional" weight and not just what a product weighs.
It might be less expensive to use a truck line as a carrier or courier service.
It could be that a truck line would allow us to palletize your order for a cleaner, safer delivery.
Each customer is different, and we may need to add an "inside" delivery or bring a "lift-truck" at the final destination.
Every order is unique, and every situation is thought out carefully before we decide what carrier to use based on price, time and location.

Just know that NetBankStore does not try to make money on freight. Every effort is made to ship from the closest warehouse we have for that product and we try to use the most reasonable carrier to deliver your order the fastest, most economical and safest manner.
