Mark - Thank you for order 284144. We always have to quote the freight and we get several quotes before we come bakc to you and here is the extra FREIGHT needed = $424.79 Here is the amount we need capture. This includes inside delivery and a lift truck.

We will capture this amount only --- no matter what the end amount says. ( or site adds a small amount to get the extra charge go through) We only need $424.79 and I will take off any exta amount (freight) out site adds and then resend you a clean charge.

Simply drop into the shopping cart and check on out. You will receive a confirmation.

NOTE: Our site will add some extra FREIGHT to this order (so you can check out) but we will remove that extra charge and only CAPTURE the amount we discussed to complete the transaction.

FYI: The reason this additional charge happens is we are set up with UPS and our site has a "backup plan" if UPS ever goes down and can't apply freight....it allows you to check out when this happens.

We will only "CAPTURE" the amount we agreed on.

Artwork Specs, Product .pdf's and Docs

High Image Resolution - High Contrast Black & White Image

All photos and logo artwork should be at least 300 dpi to ensure that they print clearly. Anything lower than this may result in blurry, bit-mapped or pixelated quality. Many times artwork will look good on your screen but images used from the web are only 72 dpi, they are not appropriate for commercial quality printing.

Artwork Requirements:

Preferred file format is vector images created in Adobe Illustrator. Please convert all text to outlines. These are file names ending in .ai or .eps
We will accept files ending in .tif, .jpg or .psd ONLY if these are high-resolution files
Low resolution files are not accepted (i.e. website images, email signatures or low resolution .pdfs are not useable as art files)
As a guide, high-resolution is 300 dpi (dots per inch)
