Shipping and Return Policy


Orders are generally shipped in 1-2 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive if it is a stock item. Custom items can take 3-6 weeks depending on the product.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.

Several Option for shipping will be presented. Select the one that fits you best. Normal orders will go out using UPS or Fedex. Stock items go out in 1-2 business days and custom products will have a standard turnaround time including production.

What options do I have for shipping?

NetBankStore has several shipment options depending on what products you are ordering. Stock products that can be shipped via a parcel carrier such as UPS or FedEx have the following Options:

Products Shipping via Common Carrier Options:

Do you allow orders where the shipping address is different from the billing address?

Yes we do, however the address must be a physical address and not a P.O. Box unless requested.

How do you calculate shipping costs?

If the order is being shipped by a parcel carrier, such as UPS or FedEx, we verify the shipping costs through the carrier's real time cost utilities. Small UPSable order cost $10.25 to ship.

If the order must be shipped via a common carrier, we use several freight carrier utilities to calculate the cost. We also have optional upgrades for Liftgate and residential delivery.

Can I ship to multiple addresses with a single order?

Yes, if you need to ship to 2 or more addresses and need help, please call us toll free at 1-800-285-6116 for help.

How long should it take to deliver my package?

Most stock orders come in 1-2 business days depending on the shipment method selected. Orders for custom items take longer. If you need expedited delivery please contact us via phone to ensure that we can meet your delivery schedule.

 

FLEXIBLE RETURN POLICY:

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we will make it right. We want happy returning customers. Guaranteed!

You may return most items sold by NetBankStore within 30 days of delivery. If the product you ordered is damaged, defective or the wrong item, notify us of your problem or to obtain an RA number by email . We will respond to your issue within 1 business day. Credits to your account will be made as soon as the product is received and goes through our inspection process.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Special Order items are not returnable Special Order Items such as furniture, cabinets, equipment or made to order bags.
  • Customer orders are not returnable No custom orders. (including bags)
In addition, we will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:
  • No returns allowed on products with obvious signs of use Any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any item that is not in it's original condition. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
  • Get a Return Authorization Number. Please Get a Return Authorization NumberĀ before you send the item back.
    Sometimes a product just shows up, and we have no idea who returned it, so we don't know who to credit! To ensure that you get your credit, call 800-285-6116 within 30 days of receiving your product to get a Return Authorization Number and include it with your returned product. There may be a re-stocking fee up to 30%. This varies according to the manufacturer.
  • Custom-made items are not returnable. Custom-made items are not returnable.
    Our custom items are made to your specifications so that would not be returnable. If you order a custom item, such as an imprinted zipper bag or teller pedestal, please double check your final specifications. We will custom make these products to your specs.
Your refund will come back to you in the same manner in which you paid for your order, either a credit issued to your credit card or a refund check. Once we receive the returned product credit card refunds will appear on your credit card account in 7-10 business days, check refunds will be mailed in 10-14 business days. Check refunds can also be applied as a credit on account for future orders.

Please note, the customer may be responsible for the freight charges, unless NetBankStore was responsible for the product error on the order.
