RETURNS:

All Orders are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee. NetBankStore tries to accommodate our customer's needs but in the event a product must be returned, the Manufacture's requirements will dictate how much restocking fee will be applied. You may return most items sold by NetBankStore within 30 days of delivery. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. If the product you ordered is damaged, defective or the wrong item, notify us of your problem or to obtain an RA number by email.. We will respond to your issue within 1 business day. Credits to your account can take up to two billing cycles.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
  • Any Closeout item.
  • Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids.
  • Special Order Items such as furniture, cabinets, equipment or made to order bags.
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
  • Food Service Disposable items, such as plates, cups, napkins, etc.
  • Any type of aerosol cans.
  • No custom orders. (including bags)
  • Must be in original packaging.
In addition, we will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
  • Items returned without a Return Authorization Number.
